Payment
I accept payment through PayPal.Payments must be made in USD. Once I accepted your order I'll be sending an invoice for the payment.I prefer you to pay immediately after placing an order but I'll give you time for about 48 hours to send the payment after the agreement.If I haven't received the payment within 48 hours, the purchase will be canceled. I can give you another chance to send the payment if you're still interested to commission me!
Refunds
I do not accept refunds unless I cancel or I cannot complete your commission at all! Although if I do plan to refund, If I haven't started on your commission I'll refund 100% of the money, the more progress I made on the artwork the less money I'll refund.
Haven't started: 100% refund
Flat color: 80-90% refund
Undetailed Realistic Background: 50% refund
Ordering Process
You will need to send me a reference and discuss how you'd like your commission piece to be drawn.
clear colored references work best, especially for full body commission. the more refs the better, it helps a lot!Once we're done discussing, I'll let you know the total of the commission and will ask you to send the payment right away.After I received the payment I'll start working on the commission as soon as possible and will be updating you with the sketch progression.Once the sketch is approved, I'll finish it and give you the final piece. (digital files through google drive)

I have the right to decline any commission requests!
Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order BEFORE any payment is sent.
Permission
